At Cricklewood General Practice we are committed to delivering compassionate, timely and personalised care to all our patients affected by cancer.

We recognise that cancer diagnosis can be life-changing and that patients and their carers need clear information, ongoing support and sensitive communication at every stage of their journey.

We pledge to:

  • Treat every person affected by cancer with dignity, respect and compassion
  • Provide accessible and clear information about diagnosis, treatment options and support services
  • Ensure patients have a named clinical contact for continuity of care
  • Provide holistic Cancer Care Reviews (CCR) at key stages, including post-diagnosis and treatment completion
  • Engage with patients and carers in shared decision-making recognising individual needs and preferences
  • Link patients with local voluntary and community services who can provide additional support

We are dedicated to continuous improvement in our cancer care through regular patient feedback and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
