What is a Patient Participation Group?
We are a group of volunteer patients who are involved in making sure the practice provides the services its patients need.
All patients are considered members of our PPG and we would welcome you to join our PPG meetings or send us feedback on the service provided at Cricklewood Health Centre.
How often do you meet?
We aim to meet every quarter and will publish meeting details on this website.
We will also contact all members of our mailing list
How can I join?
Please send an email titled “I want to join the PPG” to nclicb.cricklewood.healthcentre@nhs.net with your full name, contact number and email address.
We want our patient group to be representative of all our patients so if you have specific communication needs, such as language translation, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs and enable you to contribute to our discussions.

Previous Meetings:
21st July 2025
We discussed a proposal to remove the practice email address, asking patients to contact us by the NHS App or Online Consultations. This will enable us to provide quicker response times to patients.
The PPG expressed concerns that this free text communication is still important to some patients, though we were in agreement that we should promote the use of NHA App and online consultations where appropriate.
We agreed to pause the switch off of the practice email.
29th January 2025
We discussed new ARRS roles provided through our PCN. These are extended hours clinics at the Practice@188 and a First Contact Physio at our practice on Thursdays.
The PPG believe that patients prefer to see their own clinicians and thought this may be a barrier. We agreed to look into providing more services at the practice.
- Update April 2025. We will be introducing extended hours at our practice on Mondays until 8pm, Tuesday until 8pm and early on Wednesdays from 7am. These will be staffed by our own practice GP’s and Nurses.
